WHAT WE OFFER

RATES OF PAY

Platinum Care at Home are one of the highest paying care companies in the area. We feel our carers should be rewarded for the amazing work they carry out. After probation period has been passed the following rates will be received.

Week Day: £10.50 Per Hour

Weekend: £11.50 Per Hour

Bank Holiday: £15.50 Per Hour

MILEAGE

With the continuous rise inflation of fuel costs, we appreciate the impact this has on the healthcare workers out there, so for all existing staff and anyone who would like to join our team we are now offering a premium rate of 30p per mile starting from your first client to your last client. This is very easy to keep track of using our mileage forms provided and will be paid to staff in their wages each month.

As Platinum Care at Home is always looking to grow as a business, in the near future we will be provide care in more areas.

TRAINING & SHADOWING

Here at Platinum Care at Home we have accredited in house trainer's who will provide full mandatory training, so you feel confident and competent in your role before going out to work in the community. 

Once you have been trained, we offer two shadowing shifts (and more if needed), so you feel confident before progressing in the community out on your own. 
 

We also offer NVQ's and Care Certificate training with full support when needed along the way.
This enables you to build your knowledge and gain further skills and development to process with in your career here at Platinum Care.
